Delete your account.
Last updated: October 1, 2026.
You can delete your Komova account in the app. If you cannot sign in, you can also request deletion by email without reinstalling it.
Delete it in the app
- In Komova's bottom navigation, open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.
- Komova deletes your account, projects, items, entries, forms, answers, and associated sessions. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
From any device, email a deletion request to soporte@komova.app. Include the email address you use to sign in to Komova and say that you want your account deleted. Do not send your password or sign-in codes. We will ask for a reasonable ownership check before processing the request.
Deletion removes your Komova account and associated content. Technical change history is also deleted from the active database when the account is deleted; its approximately 14-day retention applies only while the account exists. External agents that already received content may keep copies in their own services; contact the relevant provider about those copies.
Infrastructure technical records have their own retention periods and may remain after deletion, as explained in the privacy policy.
Delete content without deleting your account
To delete an Item, open it in the app, tap Delete Item, and confirm. Its associated forms, answers, and Feedback are deleted; a linked entry remains in Feed. If another Item depends on it or work is active, the app explains what must be resolved before deletion. Your account and other Items remain.
If you signed in with Apple
Deleting your Komova account does not automatically revoke your Sign in with Apple authorization. After deleting your account, on your iPhone open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple, select Komova or its developer, and tap Delete to stop using that sign-in. Apple explains these steps in its support guide.
